Because our Services give you the ability to search for insurance policies sold through the Federally Facilitated Marketplace, we are required by contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (“CMS”) to comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including the standards established to protect the privacy and security of Personally Identifiable Information under 45 C.F.R. 155.220(c) and (d) and 45 C.F.R. 155.260. However, other organizations may have their own privacy policies governing the use of information you provide to them, which may be different from our Privacy Policy. By providing your email address and phone number, you agree to allow Allinsure Group to send you advertising and promotional information via email and SMS. You also allow Allinsure Group to call you.
